Refund policy

If you are unhappy with a product you receive, please contact us at web@sandiegosoap.com within 7 days of receipt. We will send you a return shipping label so you can send back the item(s). Once we receive the return, your payment card will refunded.

If anything was damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away so we can process a claim with the carrier and send a replacement package out to you. Please note, we will need to receive photographs of the damaged parcel/contents before we can send a replacement. We will include a return shipping label so the damaged items can be sent back to us.

If a mistake was made by us with your order contents,please notify us right away at 858-490-0515.

Please note that because our items are personal care items, we can not restock returns. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order. We hate to see any product go to waste!

Also, did you know we offer sample sizes of most products so you can test them out before purchasing? If you are interested in a product but don't see a sample size available, please drop us a note in the Comments section during your checkout and we'd be happy to include a complimentary sample (if available) in with your current paid order.
